Any school will teach you the basics of punching, kicking and blocking or throwing, falling and pinning.
Giving you the skills and confidence to actually defend yourself in real life situation is our main focus.
The four pillars of a complete martial art:
1. Punching and kicking; the Chen method of silk cocoon reeling, a whole body method of generating power in your strikes and kicks.
2. Dian Mai (Dim Mak) knowing where to strike, press and kick for maximum efficiency in self defense. Advanced martial arts is a study in anatomy.
3. Joint manipulations to control assailants using pain compliance and escapes from these manipulations.
4. Grappling; falling properly, throwing and immobilizing opponents. Fighting from disadvantaged positions.

Mission - To provide a quality self defense program based upon Tai Chi Chuan
and Aiki Jujutsu that can be practiced by the average person. To provide a place
where women and men, girls and boys can learn a method of self-defense that is
effective against larger more aggressive opponents. To provide a program that has
been adapted to our culture and is fully compatible with a Judeo-Christian belief
system and morals.
Vision - To improve the quality of self-defense arts available to the public
in this country and to provide a venue where men and boys learn and practice these
skills in a responsible way, ultimately promoting peace and security. To provide a
model for women of physical competence and security that will help them become more
assertive yet allow them to retain their feminine perspectives and demeanor.
Association - This Association belongs to the Christian Black Belt Association
and maintains a close affiliation with Soke Dr. Clement Riedner and Si Jo Scott Sikes.
Qualifications - To receive a tenth degree requires around 30 years or more
of martial arts experience. Soke Riedner head of the federation likes to see the
grand masters in his system obtain black belts in other systems. These masters have
to have produced quality students that have impressed the promotion board. The
recipient of this award, in our federation, is recognized as having done enough
research and synthesis of different martial arts systems to be considered a founder
of a new style of martial arts.
Sijo Kulp has researched the Chen Taichi system and synthesized a variation of the
form based on both the Bejing, Shang Hai variations and other variants. He has also
researched the possible applications of the Chen form by researching White Crane,
Shuai Jiao, Chen Chuan, Xing Yi and Bagua forms, applications and counters. This
research has been applied to the understanding of the "universal movements" of the
Chen Form, since different styles impute different applications to them enriching
the style and improving the options for the practitioner.
Sijo Kulp has also studied three branches of Aikijutsu-Aikido and has synthesized
them into a more balanced system to include the theory and flow of Aikido and as
well as other theories and principles of both Aikido and Shiho Karano Ryu-Hakko Ryu.
This theory is combined with the larger syllabus of Chosen Aiki Jutsu (Korean Hapkido).
The Chen system and Aikijutsu complement each other nicely and make for a much more
complete system of martial arts.
